The Rimax Group Story
The Rimax Group (TRG Finance) was established to provide a structured, transparent vehicle for private business financing. From the outset, our focus has been on building long-term relationships with eligible lenders who value clarity, consistency, and professional management.
TRG Finance is a private Sole Proprietorship — not a bank, credit union, or consumer lending institution. We raise capital through individual lending arrangements, paying fixed annual simple interest on the original principal with quarterly distributions and full principal repayment at maturity.
Every arrangement at TRG is governed by a signed loan agreement. We believe that clear documentation, predictable payment schedules, and open communication are the foundation of any successful private lending relationship.
